These Terms govern your use of Receipt Scout (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Receipt Scout lets you scan receipts, automatically extract their data, track spending, and split bills. Data extraction is automated and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and correcting parsed results.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
You agree not to misuse the App, including: uploading content you have no right to, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.
The App offers a free tier with a monthly scan limit and an optional premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the app store and managed by our payments provider. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the app store's rules.
The App and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to the receipt data and images you provide.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that extracted data is accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
